Distillerie Acadian

Distillerie Acadian is proud to make the finest small batch liquors, straight bourbon and whiskey made in the heart of South Louisiana. With a motto of “laissez les bons temps rouler,”—let the good times roll—the Distillerie is prepared to share the good times with all of their visitors.

Distillerie Acadian has built their own mashing, fermenting and distilling equipment and uses a unique blend of four grains (corn, wheat, barley and rye) for their spirits’ recipes. The Distillerie does the majority of grain crushing, mashing, distilling, barreling, bottling and labeling by hand—making the end result into delicious small batch liquors and spirits.

The Distillerie gives tours and tastings by appointment and host special events regularly.
