The Gonzales facility is a 2,400-square-foot brewing operation and taproom with state-of-the-art equipment and contemporary furnishings, perfect for small parties or casual meetups. Among the taps behind the bar, you’ll find a range of tart sours, hoppy IPAs and full-bodied stouts.
