Borasso Spirits

Borasso Spirits boasts gin and rum as bold as the Louisiana woodlands. Borasso’s rum has a slight sugarcane sweetness that pairs well with fruit-forward cocktails. The distillery’s standard gin exudes scents of longleaf pine and cypress, while The Southeast Asian blend, a limited edition gin, features notes of lemongrass, ginger and lime.

The distillery opened under the direction of Ewan Wiley in 2023. The building, which features a tasting room, is tucked into an industrial section of New Orleans’s Ninth Ward. Once a building which housed production sets, the space now highlights Wiley’s small-batch productions of gin and rum.
