KrisFlyer members will enjoy greater value for their miles thanks to upcoming program enhancements

Starting 1st July 2025, KrisFlyer, the lifestyle rewards program of Singapore Airlines (SIA) Group, lowered its redemption rates throughout its ecosystem. These changes provide KrisFlyer members with greater value when using miles and cash to pay for SIA and Scoot flights, as well as improved redemption options for dining, shopping, and travel experiences via Kris+, KrisShop, and Pelago.

Mr Bryan Koh, Divisional Vice President Loyalty Marketing, Singapore Airlines, said: “These enhancements to the KrisFlyer redemption rates deliver more value to members, while making miles redemption more intuitive and consistent. Members will get more from every mile when booking flights, dining out, shopping, or enjoying travel experiences. This is all part of our commitment to rewarding loyalty with meaningful benefits that truly enhance the KrisFlyer experience.“

Improved Mix KrisFlyer Miles and Cash Rate

The redemption rate for using miles to partially offset the fare on SIA and Scoot flights will improve to 100 miles per S$1, down from 105 miles. Additionally, KrisFlyer members can now offset part of their fare with as few as 1,000 miles, reduced from the previous minimum of 1,050 miles.

Mix KrisFlyer Miles and Cash Redemption Rate for SIA and Scoot Flights

Improved and Standardised Redemption Rate Across Kris+, KrisShop, and Pelago

Starting July 1, 2025, KrisFlyer will standardize its non-flight redemption rates across Kris+, KrisShop, and Pelago. These enhancements will offer members up to 50% more value when redeeming miles for dining, shopping, and travel experiences.

• Kris+: 100 KrisPay miles per S$1 (from 150 KrisPay miles), with a reduced minimum of 10 KrisPay miles (previously 15 KrisPay miles).
• KrisShop: 100 KrisFlyer miles per S$1 (from 125 KrisFlyer miles), maintaining the minimum requirement of 1,000 KrisFlyer miles.
• Pelago: 100 KrisFlyer miles per S$1 (from 150 KrisFlyer), with a reduced minimum of 1,000 KrisFlyer miles (previously 1,050 KrisFlyer miles).
