July 4: Independence Day in YorktownIndependence Day in Yorktown is a free family-friendly celebration featuring a full lineup of events leading up to the big fireworks finale! The morning starts at 8 a.m. with an 8K Run and 5K Walk followed by a patriotic parade along Water and Main Streets. Evening activities include a bell-ringing ceremony, patriotic concert, and an amazing firework display over the York River. July 12: Yorktown Market DaysSpring has sprung at Yorktown Market Days! Soak up the sunshine and rejuvenate your soul while shopping for seasonal goods from local vendors. You’ll love starting off your Saturday browsing delicious baked goods, fresh-cut flowers, handmade soaps and candles, impressive artwork, and much more from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Riverwalk Landing.
