Motocross
JET MOUNTAIN-X & CAMPING
In Roane County, Jet Mountain-X & Camping offers beautiful and private surroundings with views. Give this extremely challenging, new style, MOUNTAIN-X course a try. Ride your dirt bike and camp at this new hybrid (mountain, mx, scramble) track. This track also hosts events with live music such as bluegrass, country and rock concerts.
TOMAHAWK MX PARK
Tomahawk MX Park in Berkeley County is West Virginia’s premier motocross track. This facility is home to three tracks on 110 acres in Hedgesville. The facility offers a main motocross course, supercross track, beginners course, quad track and eight miles of wood trails. For spectators who prefer a closer view of the track, RV rentals are available at first come, first serve. Course range in difficulty and appeal to riders of all experience levels.
Dirt Tracks
WEST VIRGINIA MOTOR SPEEDWAY
Just off of I-77, West Virginia Motor Speedway is a serious racing loop. Encompassing around 5/8 miles of West Virginia soil, this dirt, oval track is a staple racing destination among experienced racers. This track is known as “World’s Fastest Dirt Track,” which makes it possible for racers reach speeds over 150 mph. Viewers can watch this incredible speed from a terraced hillside, which guarantees a thrilling series of laps.
BECKLEY MOTOR SPEEDWAY
Hosting the fastest 3/8 mile clay track in the south, Beckley Motor Speedway in Mount Hope is a speed adrenaline lover’s playground. Enjoy nine different classes of races with special events varying on the occasion. Races and events are held on Fridays and Saturdays between April and November. Keep an eye out for firework nights on the race schedule!
OHIO VALLEY SPEEDWAY
The Ohio Valley Speedway, located just south of Parkersburg, has played host to some of the nation’s best-known racers. Since opening in 1958, this lively Mountain State gem has continued to bring in racing legends and is in the top for short track excellence. This 3/8-mile track is one of West Virginia’s oldest and most historic motorsports venues. Most race fans refer to Ohio Valley Speedway simply as, “The Valley.”
TYLER COUNTY SPEEDWAY, MIDDLEBOURNE, WV
Known as “America’s Baddest Bullring,” Tyler County Speedway is a quarter-mile dirt tack. Opened in 1974 and located at the Tyler County Fair Grounds, it is host to many large races such as the Earl Hill Memorial, Hillbilly 100, King of the Ring, Jackpot 100 and more. Races are held every Saturday night from April-September.
ELKINS RACEWAY, KERENS, WV
Elkins Raceway is a 3/8-mile dirt track located in Kerens, a small town in Randolph County. Racing features Jenkins Ford Super Late Models, Budweiser FASTRAK Crate Late Models, Fast N Friendly Pharmacy Modifieds, Miller’s Used Cars Street Stocks, High Lines Mod-Lites a Darren’s Pizza Shack Mini-Wedges every Friday night from April to October. Keep an eye out for the Candy Rush events, autograph nights and much more.



Asphalt Tracks
SUMMIT POINT MOTORSPORTS PARK, SUMMIT POINT, WV
Summit Point Motorsports Park in Jefferson County is sure to add excitement to your Friday nights. Only two hours west of Washington, D.C., this roaring circuit is perfect for any city lover wanting to experience speed and power up close. Three paved-road racetracks make way for race cars of all performance classes – from racing motorcycles to European exotic supercars. Racers and spectators can enjoy the three road courses, two skid/autocross pads, off-road courses and much more. Summit Point Motorsports Park also offers driver training sessions and informative racing programs.

Off-Roading
Burning Rock Off-Road Park
Burning Rock Off-Road Park is a 10,000-acre park with over 100 miles of off-roading trails. This system is located just 15 minutes from Beckley and promises the ultimate off-road adventure. On-site rental equipment is available. There are trails suited to handle every type of bike, atv, utv or Jeep.
Hatfield-McCoy Trail Systems
West Virginia is a hotspot for world-class off-roading. The Hatfield-McCoy Trail Systems in Southern West Virginia is named after the bitter family feud that took place over 150 years ago in the Tug River Valley. Made up of more than 1,000 miles of trails, the system cuts through the mountainous terrain of Almost Heaven. Each trail has its own distinct personality from scenic and leisurely to heart-pounding and hair-raising. Trails range in difficulty to accommodate every skill level – from beginners to the most experienced off-roader. Popular paths include Bearwallow, Buffalo Mountain, Devil Anse, Indian Ridge, Pinnacle Creek, Pocahontas, Rock House trails and several others.
New River ATV
The New River Gorge National Park and Preserve is famous for its epic whitewater rafting, but this destination is also home to incredible off-roading. With over 100 miles of trails ranging from beginner to expert, New River ATV is the perfect outfitter to explore the area.
