The 22 best things to do in London in March (2026)

After what feels like a very long January and February it’s finally time to say hello to March. The new month brings even longer days and, hopefully, some more sunshine after what feels like an interminable amount of rain.

London’s famous cherry blossoms aren’t quite in bloom yet (come back in early April to enjoy these) but the white and purple crocus bulbs appearing in London parks including Hyde Park and Regent’s Park promise that the arrival of spring season – and Easter – are just around the corner.

This is a great time of the year to be in the city. Not only are popular sights and famous landmarks such as the London Eye and the Tower of London, less busy but there are some really fun things to do in London in March too. Here are our top picks.
