Sept. 6-Nov. 3: Busch Gardens Howl-O-Scream
Fall officially begins at Busch Gardens Williamsburg with the park’s annual Howl-O-Scream. This frightful, month-long event features haunted houses with monsters lurking around every corner, themed scare zones, escape rooms and entertaining live shows. All of Howl-O-Scream’s attractions and activities are included with your admissions ticket to Busch Gardens.

Sept 7-8: Patriots Triathlon Festival
End Greater Williamsburg’s race season with the Patriots Triathlon Festival, Saturday and Sunday, Sept. 7-8. Right next door to Jamestown Settlement, this race features a long course, Olympic and sprint options. The swim will take place at Jamestown Beach and the bike course will be along the Route 5 Cap-Cap bike trail.
Sept. 17: Constitution Day Celebration
Constitution Day Celebration: the adoption of the U.S. Constitution by the delegates to the Constitutional Convention. Join us for in-depth discussions, and the best of Colonial Williamsburg’s historical interpretation, bringing the history of America’s governing document to life.
Sept. 29: Yorktown Art Stroll
From 10am-5pm, dozens of talented artists will display their work along Water Street for the Yorktown Art Stroll! The Freight Shed and Yorktown Waterfront will be filled with unique works of art-everything from oil, acrylic and watercolor paintings to glass, drawings, photography, jewelry, pottery, painted furniture, fiber art, handmade soap, wood work, and more.
